Heinrich Fredrich Karl Ludwig Burkhardt was born on October 10, 1861 in Scweinfurt, Germany. He studied at the University of Berlin for college, then went to the University of Gottingen,and then off to the University of Munich.Heinrich came up with the Potential Theory with Meyer, for the Encyclopadie. He also came up with the theory of functions of a complex variable.Heinrich Burkhardt died on November 2, 1914 in Munich, Germany.
